The steps to clear a disk full should be this:

1. In the SubmissionFiles dir, go to the oldest capture session and delete all the FF*.bin files from it's CapturedFiles dir. You should likely only need to clear one of these.
2. Then run the Cams2 Archiving scheduled task.
 

That should start clearing up space.

3. If there are files or capture sessions in the CapturedFiles directory, run the "DoPostCaptureProcessing_All.bat" script. Then run the archiving task again.
